Processing & Production Time

Each item is handcrafted with care and intention.

• Processing time: 7–14 business days before shipping (custom or embroidered items may take longer).
• Rush orders: available on select items for an additional fee.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships.

Every stitch is done by hand — no mass production, just quality craftsmanship.

Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. using USPS or UPS.

• Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after processing.
• Express shipping: available at checkout.
• Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you.
• Caviar & Cornbread Custom is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses.

All custom pieces are made specifically for you — from color selections to embroidery details.

• Custom and personalized orders are final sale.
• Small variations in color or stitching are part of the handmade charm and authenticity.

Returns & Exchanges

Because of the nature of handcrafted and custom work:

• Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
• However, if there’s an issue with your order (damage, wrong item, or error on our end), contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email/contact form].
• We’ll make it right — replacement, repair, or store credit depending on the situation.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, production may have started and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Care Instructions

Treat your handmade items with love:

• Machine wash cold on gentle cycle (if applicable).
• Air dry or tumble low.
• Avoid bleach or harsh detergents.
• For embroidered pieces, turn inside out before washing.
